We have contacted the following agencies to request patent and DIN on the products sold by these companies from: Food and Drug Administration, Canadian Trade Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Underwriters Laboratories, World Health Organization, MediCare, and the United States Federal Trade Commission However, no patent registration or DIN has been registered with the companies listed below. FDA, FTC, UL and WHO specifically rejected the use of such products. Their products are not approved by various federal agencies.

Growth-Flex or Growth-FlexV by SinoTech Int Inc

Nutri-Canada is a company that promotes selling height increase products which are not approved either by Health Canada nor FDA. One has to wonder if they are made somewhere in the basement of a house in Montreal, Quebec Canada? I think they are and we are working with the investigators to bring these scum bags to justice and if they cannot be brought to justice then we shall take justice to them.

Top Review Info or http://www.topreview.info

Top Review Info is the same company owned by the same people whose websites and company names all listed on Category 6. Please be advised to avoid all products that are listed on their websites. We have copied every web site from that page and will update our web site with it and report to you the scams and crooks that are stealing your money. We have already reported them to the RCMP, FDA, QPP, FTC and FBI. Some of the website we have not listed here. If come across any websites related to height increase and other products that you believe are scams then by all means write to us and let us know.

Now its your turn to help us put them out of business. Write to us and email us about any products or supplements that you have purchased about height increase and provide us with their addresses, web sites address and emails and where the shipment goes. We can help you get your money back. But you have to help us help you.

Advanced Physical Technologies
This company has various website with the same contents and is selling the same product. We have requested information on it yet to receive a sample to be forwarded to various government agencies for testing and approvals. Avoid the following sites for information that is believed to be "true, accurate and legal" because they are NOT. There is no SUCH A THING as to GROW TALLER supplement or pills or magic stick to help you grow taller just like that.

http://www.advancedphysicaltechnologies.com
http://increaseheight.com
http://www.technorati.com/tags/growth
http://www.flickr.com/photos/tags/growth

The last two which is technorati.com and flickr.com is based on an advertisement from Overture a Pay Per Click (PPC) advertisement. There you will find other growing taller SCAMS as well not only these two mentioned above. You will find super-pill.com which apparently will give you 6 inches in height. No wonder why are still people short and get scammed out. Advanced Physical Technologies may have other various web sites that sell different products please be advised. The registrant address is this: Registrant:

Technologies
11245 E. 183rd Street
Cerritos, Ca 90703
US and their email address is: betaller@yahoo.com

Yet the website does not place or promote any addresses that are legit. Just an email address is listed and some companies will even pay other web registrars to hide their address as to what we have discovered with B-Growth and Alpha Care and those companies that were in Montreal Canada. The above company is so desperate they are even asking for cash to buy their products and yet even postal services refuse to accept cash in the mail? How stupid can they get? This investigation is now complete and we add Advanced Physical Technologies to our SCAM list. Be advised and avoid them at all costs.

While Advanced Natural Balance does list an address, it is a fake one. It is common for addresses that begin with 1313 to be fraudulent entries. Advanced Physical Tech's Who is entry is also probably fake. The zip code is the same as a popular TV show, which tales place in a residential area of Beverly Hills. It is possible that these two companies are really the same.

Super-Pill.com is a SCAM but with an address mentioned on their web site. Most of the information does not relate to each other. Plus their online transaction is a third party payment gateway which be breached for security to be careful when you entire you credit card information.

These companies go one step further than the ones listed in the previous note. Not only do they fail to list their addresses on their Web sites, but they pay a service to ensure that their addresses remain private. If they hide their office, they hide the money back guarantee also.

Many of the companies that sell Height Increase products also offer some kind of money back guarantee. According to our readers, the companies often do not honor their guarantee simply by ignoring the customer's complaint. This is particularly easy for those companies that do not provide a mailing address or phone number on their Web sites. Companies that can only be contacted by email can easily determine which contacts to process and which ones to ignore. These three companies are a little more inventive.

Biotex and OneRom require that their customers provide documentation proving that they did not grow while using the product. You won't find this information on their Web sites. Customers only find out about the guarantee requirements after they have made their purchase. The products arrive with a money back guarantee form. Read it carefully. It says that to receive a refund, you must provide documentation from a hospital that there has been no growth. You must also include the name and phone number of the doctor who measured you, before and after you used the product. Many people may be too embarrassed to admit to their doctor that they spent money for the product and don't have their height measured before starting treatment.

www.growth-flex.com is a SCAM. They are also called Height System is the same company is B-Growth.com and BonesGrpwth.com and all that crap that we have listed here. Go to Category 6 and you will find out who they are. They run various businesses not only height increase but they are into other health related products and we are currently investigating them. Once our investigators gather up all the data we will then post it here. Below on this page you will see a list of the same company that is run by three brothers who pretends to be doctors; fitness instructors, pharmacists and you name it. They are doing this to scam innocent people. We have created this site with the assistance from Phone Busters, RCMP, FDA, FTC, FBI, QPP, UL and ULC. They were warned not to open such a business previously and they never showed in court to see our lawyers and the representations that we had with them. If you have purchased an Item from them or any purchases you made to increase your height please forward us all the details and address of those companies so we can further investigate them.

Biotex has an interesting additional caveat. Their web sites say they offer a 3-month guarantee but their refund form says:

The refund policy is void for individuals who used B-Growth for less than 3 months.
That is, the guarantee is good for three months but you have to use the product for three months, by which time the guarantee has expired. One reader successfully obtained a 50% refund from Biotex, but only after two and a half months of email complaints and threats.

http://www.cbc.ca/streetcents/guide/2003/05/s01_01.html

Sharp Labs offers an "unconditional 30 day money back guarantee". However, they sell their product in three-month and six-month quantities. Advanced Physical Technologies also offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Most people using a product like this would not expect to grow immediately. By the time they realize the product isn't working, it's too late to get their money back.

Three companies sell special shoe insoles. Two sell a product called Kimi and two call it Yoko. The insoles, so the companies claim, use the Chinese medical tradition of reflexology. Reflexology maps locations on the bottoms of the feet to organs and systems in the body. By pressing on these map locations, a practitioner can cure an illness for the associated organ.

Kimi & Yoko take reflexology a step further. Their insole is supposed to use acupressure to stimulate growth. Acupressure is related to acupuncture, but uses pressure instead of needles. However, that's little comfort for the insole wearer. Readers report that it is very painful to walk on the insoles and they often give up before the allotted time. Either way, no one has ever reported any success with these products.

OneRom Group

Though the companies appear different, there are similarities that suggest some link. People who have purchased both Kimi and Yoko say that the packaging and material is exactly the same, except for the product name. When you buy the Kimi product, you also receive 40 free bonus. The companies make the outrageous claim that the bonuses are worth $299. In fact, all of these are simply informational and most just provide links to other Web sites. For companies that brazenly lie about about their bonuses, it is no leap of reason to assume that they are also lying about their products and money back guarantees.

The Kimi site hosted by "OneRom Group" was once one of the most annoying sites we have ever visited. It changed your browser setting to make the window large enough to hide all other windows as well as it's own slider bars. This has been fixed but as you navigate the site, it still opens many windows that can overload your PC.

One reader reported returning his Yoko insoles to gainHeight.com, in Malaysia in July 2002. As of January 2003, the person had not received a refund and the company had stopped responding to inquires.

One reader reported being conned out of thousands of dollars by Beauty Forever. This is perhaps the worst scam of them all because the products are so expensive. Four boxes of growth patches plus the equipment to use with them costs over $1,100! There is no guarantee. Beauty Forever is essentially a beauty salon that has expanded its business model to include fraud. Treatments includes putting the customer's feet in a bucket of warm water, followed by a foot massage with the expensive machine. It appears to use the same process of Reflexology as does Kimi. Neither work but if you are going to throw away your money, you might as well waste it on the less expensive product. The company is located in Singapore so if you live here, stay away from the store and the outlets.

Biotex owns more than 30 web sites that appear as separate companies: B-Growth, Height Clinic, Growth Clinic, pharmateq or PharmateQ. However, the Web sites all have similar color schemes and all the orders go to the same place. People who participate in discussion groups about height increase products sometimes recommend that other readers try a second or third company if the product from the first one doesn't work. We suspect that these people are associated with these companies. We have learned that BioTex Solutions, EproLab, HeightClinic, ChangeHeight, AlfaCare Inc are companies run by three brothers from Montreal Canada. Here is a list of the companies and web sites that are owned by BioTexSolutions, BioTex Canada, HeightClinic, HeightSupply or ChangeHeight:

The B-Growth product is a cream that you apply to your body. Most people know that it is highly unlikely that a body cream could help a person grow. The company's sales pitch does not explain how the product works, only what it is supposed to do. It is interesting to note that Biotex also makes a cream for baldness. One has to wonder if both are the same formula.

EproLab, ParmaLab, AlfaCare Inc and BioTex Canada had another web site called http://www.bonesgrowth.com, it was closed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Besides not working, one of our readers reported that the product arrived without a return address label, making it difficult to return for the "so called" money back guarantee. Two other readers reported requesting a refund after they found that the product did not or could not work. The company quietly ignored these requests.

Category 7
Prolex

Although they would have you to believe otherwise, Health Quest Labs (heightgainer.com), P-Tech (heightgrowth.com) and Premium Technologies (heightincrease.com) are all fronts for the same company. All cash payments go the same post office box and are to be made payable to P-Tech. At one time or another, the Health Quests Lab and P-Tech web sites started a pop under window to Premium Technologies. One of our readers reported contacting P-Tech to obtain assurances that their product work as advertised. After several unreturned emails, the reader accused the company of fraudulent practices.

Dreamforge International

This says something about what these companies, or at least this particular one, think about their customers. They don't respect them and they don't want to help them. They simply want their money. Four readers reported not receiving the product, after paying for it.

While we have not received any specific complaints about this company, we have noticed that it is very unreliable. Twice it's been down for extended times for a site redesign and it even changed its URL once. The site is very slow, images often fail to download and many links are broken.

One reader reported problems returning the unopened package because the company does not respond to these email requests and the phone number doesn't work.

Some companies point to research results to prove their claims. While the companies target English speaking clients, the research they quote is usually from a non-English speaking facility. We do not question the integrity of the facility but the language difference makes it difficult for a prospective client to investigate the claim. Difficult but not always impossible.

This one didn't even bother to establish a Web address and dedicated Web site. It's is served by a free hosting service. This is scam on the cheap. One reader reported that this company did not reply to emails questioning why their product wasn't working for him.

Avoid these scams at all costs. Some business names make it appear like they have been doing research for years yet refusing to place a legit address on their web site. Our researches indicate that if a company is refusing to place their address that company is a home business, where the father is the CEO, the mother is the Chief Financial Officer, one of the sons is Regional Manager and the daughter is probably the Head Surgeon.

When it comes to BioTex Solutions, EproLab, AlfaCare and HeightClinic it seems to be like it is a home based business and they are making it look like they have a 50 story research lab. Be advised that BioTex Solutions and HeightClinic might be selling products about Hair Loss and or even Weight Loss. Our advise is that you consult with your family doctor before making a purchase. These people are not only into health products, you can find different products, they also offer computer services and training, they are also into beauty products and cosmetic products.

Do you wish to report a scam? We have contact information and support available free of charge and can forward your complaint directly to FDA, FTC and UL. Please contact our Support Centre and explain your report as thoroughly as possible.
